I think of exercise as a bonus tool to weight loss - it makes you feel better mentally, usually helps you make better food choices, and depending on how intense your workout is, can help you lose weight if you burn enough calories on top of eating healthier. It’s true you can’t spot reduce however when I ran and did the elliptical on a high incline and high resistance (weight focused on heel) my legs looked amazing!

Our apartment’s gym has closed down so I’ve been improvising, and rotating with some online yoga classes as well. I got through 80% of one of Chloe Ting's and that was with modifications and breaks. I do at least 2-3 of those workouts and I go on 40 minute walks. You can build muscle in your legs but this may not make them smaller. chloe ting or emi wong?

Workouts that target body parts build muscle in those parts - which if combined with fat loss may lead to a more "toned" look but won't necessarily make anything smaller. 3 comments . I want to slim down my whole leg, especially my inner legs. I had a small set of dumbbells (5lb, 15 lb, and 25 lb weights) so those were really helpful, but they have a bunch of bodyweight videos too.
