I think getting that second pull up bar will fix it. I like that you have pull up bars on front and back. Text is preferred. Information is pretty consistent. You can drill out your uprights to get Titan to fit Rogue.

I'm looking at the Titan dumbbell holders and the sandwich j cups. Now that I know it works, I will be adding the low pulley once it is back in stock. I’m also careful when I step out of the cups to not have any lateral movement as I’ve caught the plates on the back uprights a few times, but it only happened on the warm up sets with lighter weights when I stepped out a bit fast, no accidents. The standard Rogue R-3 rack has fully welded side panels. They were already painted when we moved in back in January.

I hate the sound when doing rack pulls. Rogue is not will fit Titan. I thought those had to be pretty uniform in coverage to be effective. If I had ceiling clearance, I would have mounted it upside down with the arm facing outwards and threaded the cable over the top of the rack.
You definitely need to keep your movements controlled and uniform throughout the set to prevent it from swinging.
