Morgan designed several tuberculosis hospitals for women throughout California, and pediatric nursing homes for children with terminal illnesses. The hospital remained open until the early 1980s, when it was sold to Kaiser Health who use the main building as a psychiatry facility and demolished the rest for parking. In 1927 the Berkeley City Club was organized by women to contribute to social, civic, and cultural progress. The Sausalito Woman's Club is a small Craftsman Style woodframe building featuring a Morgan auditorium full of soaring ceilings and wood paneling.

Among her earliest works was the North Star House in Grass Valley, California, commissioned in 1904-5 by mining engineer Arthur De Wint Foote and his wife, the author and illustrator Mary Hallock Foote.
